After Senator Marco Rubio of Florida insisted at the Republican presidential debate that rape and incest victims should carry pregnancies to term, aides to Hillary Rodham Clinton could barely contain their delight at his unyielding stance, rushing to tell reporters at her headquarters that those remarks would hurt Mr. Rubio with female voters.
When Donald J. Trump chose on Friday to stand by his slights against women during the debate, saying the Fox News journalist Megyn Kelly behaved very badly as a moderator and then promoting a Twitter message calling her a bimbo feminists were not the only ones outraged: the chairwoman of the New Hampshire Republican Party accused Mr. Trump of chauvinism.
And in response to multiple male candidates saying they would shut down the federal government over financing for Planned Parenthood, the Democratic National Committee emailed talking points to allies within an hour saying that among the losers at the debate were American women, who were attacked at every turn....

Have at it. (The Online headline appears above - in the paper, it's "Fear That Debate Could Hurt G.O.P. in Womens Eyes". SSDD.
Oh no! Whatever will we do!
Yes, their concern just gives me the warm fuzzies.
It’s always the nebulous “some say...” “some fear....”....
I say let’s find these “some” bastards and string them up.
I guess we need to “tone it down”. LOL.
Some fear, some say. Journalistic laziness and bias even in the headline.
I am skeered!LOL.The FOX debacle was a high tech lynching of Trump and the icing on the cake was when they asked I forget which one...”What is your Word from God..” on this...in a caustic and offensive tone. I have not listened to FOX for years and I think I was right on that. I did tune into the debate. But frankly I no longer see any difference in the uni-party or MSNBC and FOX. Hooray for guys like Trump and Cruz who are breaking away from the fold!

AMERICAN PATRIOTS will stand with them. Others should get out of our way!
I guess The Times called Rosie?
Didn’’t bother to read it, since the headline reads, to me, that it’ is a sexist liberal article.
The effort to twist Trump’s words and meaning, the effort to continually tie Republicans and conservatives to misogyny is so tiring and baseless. Disappointing that Fox would stoop to this, that Kelly wants to use this as means to trash Trump and Republicans is shocking. There is no upside to this, except vilification, which she deserves.
Something to remember - the NYT has NEVER practiced “objective” journalism, so don’t expect them to start now.
Women (who are far from the political monolith lefties imagine - see Hillary’s support as evidence) need to eat too. If the college population and the workforce population are majority women, they had better start worrying about economic issues instead of touchy feely ones. Perhaps one day large numbers of them will work out that illegal immigration and the welfare state will drive taxes up and wages down even more.
Jeb! “Mr. Male Hormone” could hurt the GOP if he is the candidate, certainly.
Thank you NYT. They’re right. It’s time to declare the war on women is lost. Born women. The left won their war on unborn women.
I did not understand what Trump was saying about running as a third party UNTIL I heard the questions he got from Mayhem Kelley. What Trump was saying is he would not run third party if he thought he was getting a fair shake. In this “debate” he did not get a fair shake, by his standards. In effect, FOX/GOPe will drive him to a third party. It was equally obvious they wished to diminish Cruz as he got few questions, and the ones he got were designed to paint him in a bad light. If Fox or those questioners think they are forcing me to vote for Bush or one of the other bleeding heart dolts, forget it.
Interesting last evening during her show Greta seemed favorably leaning toward Trump. Perhaps that is why she was not part of the lynching??
“in women’s eyes”
I presume they mean cis-women?
Defunding Planned Parenthood is about the most pro-women act anyone could do. Hey New York Times, how did that “war on women” theme work out for the Democrats in the 2014 elections?
Their level of coordination is extraordinary.
I wonder what they're calling journ-o-list this time around? And I wonder how long Miss Megyn has been a member?
