I'm still not sure just exactly what he said or what was wrong with it.
Clinton's response "You are absolutely, unequivocally wrong," suggests that maybe she didn't follow what Bush said either.
The article is propaganda, pure and simple.
It's designed to get a knee-jerk response out of people, not to give precise information or provoke serious thought.

And that's supposed to be disastrous? A gift to the Democrats? Maybe after the media gets through with it, but it's a legitimate point of view. He could have phrased it better and spoken about abortion, rather than "women's health programs," but I'd expect a Republican candidate to question whether the government should be throwing around that kind of money.
