Weird, we were watching some show last night about the rise of hitler’s power in 1938-39 and some of the similarities are truly spooky. Tons of people enamored with a smooth talking evil piece of garbage. He’s so articulate and just sooooooo dreamy. Pardon me while I find my puke pail.
Does the phrase, An eye for an eye mean anything to anybody anymore?
“Prior restraint”
The order is unconstitutional.
There is NO evidence of a potential for risk to anybody.

Eyes are $20. Trade-ins not accepted.
The left defends the "tissue' gathering.
Let's hear what Hillary, Liberals, Democrats & MSM have to say when the next video possibly shows a born-alive baby.
Maybe has his own parking space at the court house.
Probably lives in a nice house.
I fear violence from elite liberals... Can we make rulings based on my guilt?
“Judge William H. Orrick,”
Odd how a judge who protects abortionists has a name like a popular brand of vacuum cleaners.
Judge Orrick is an Obama appointee and an Obama bundler who raised $230,000 for Obama.
On June 11, 2012, President Obama nominated William Orrick, III to be a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Orrick formerly served in the Obama administration as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice.
From June 2009 to June 2010, he served as counselor to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice. From 2010 to 2012, he served as a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Division.[
On June 11, 2012, President Obama nominated Orrick to be a United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. His nomination was reported by the Senate Judiciary Committee on February 28, 2013, by a vote of 11 ayes to 7 nays, mostly along party lines, except that Republican Senator Jeff Flake voted aye.[6]
The U.S. Senate confirmed his nomination on May 15, 2013, by a vote of 56 ayes to 41 nays. He received his commission on May 16, 2013.
On Friday, July 31 2015 Judge Orrick blocked release of videos of Planned Parenthood, granting the injunction requested by the National Abortion Federation.
Campaign Contributions
According to the Public Citizen, a non-profit, consumer rights advocacy group, William H. Orrick III, who was employeed by Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass, raised at least $200,000 for Barack Obama and donated $30,800 to committees supporting him.[8]

While there are now two restraining orders against CMP and some video releases,
the orders do not apply to videos not showing StemExpress or the NAF.
Further, the lawsuits by the abortion groups show fear and imply guilt.
They also open up the possibility of these abortion groups having to testify under oath about the accusations.
From what I heard on the radio the other day the block was placed because the video release may have shed a bad light on pp. Really? Guess they have to show cause now as to how the videos might harm their reputation(?). But, since the judge seems to be in the bag already, any type ‘justification’ will work.
This judge was not filibustered. Or if he was it was dropped or cloture was agreed to by voice vote or something, there no recorded cloture vote. He was confirmed 56-41 in 2013.
Collins, Flake, Murkowski voted aye.
Jeff Flake also voted to advance the nomination out of committee. Flake lives up to his name sometimes, generally he has a very good voting record but we see his name here alongside 2 of the worst Republicans. He also shares McCain’s fetish for border hoppers, so he’s quite reviled on FR.
Flake is owned by the Chamber of Commerce, lock, stock, and barrel.
