What’s your over/under on the number of 177 criminal bikers serving any jail time? After the disposition of all cases how many actually serve 1 day of jail time?
I’m at 5 or less. That’s about 3%. If 5 serve time.

I’d say 25%, possibly more.
There may not have been more than 10 to 15 ‘shooters’, but very likely many more will do time for violation of probation/parole, illegal possession of a gun, possession of some drug or wants and warrants.
These “Cracka Crips n Bloods” got way too big for their britches.
Texas and Waco was tired of messing with these gang jerks, why/ because the citizens were tired of them. A whole of people here take Don’t Mess With Texas very seriously, not as just some litter slogan.

I’m still sticking with my 5 figure. And that means doing jail time not pleading to a misdemeanor. I mean, when you are held on a $1,000,000 bond you would expect at least a little jail time wouldn’t you?

Pardon my butting in, but I suspect the contention is that 75% SHOULD be convicted, but won't be due to weakness in the law. The contention is that ALL of them should be arrested, but 25% or more will be convicted of a crime.

Never said 75% were innocent. They were obviously arrested for suspicion. Most of that 75% have already or may be cleared of the murder part, but many of the 75% could be facing other ‘non-capital’ charges.
I predict that at minimum 5 will face the death penalty, the remainder of the 25% lesser than aggravated murder charges, which will result in prison.
As a result of the criminal bikers long history of bad behavior, they will likely be facing less than sympathetic juries.

My point was that if you hold 177 people on $1,000,000 bond you would expect quite a few to do prison time. Otherwise, it just looks like they arrested and held people for no reason.
25% is 44 people doing time. We’ll see.
And we’ll also see how much money is paid out to how many that were arrested. If they were arrested legally then there shouldn’t be any payouts, should there?
