Presidential-hopeful Ted Cruz plans Tulsa rally

TULSA, Okla. —

Republican presidential candidate and Texas senator Ted Cruz announced plans for a rally in Tulsa this month.

The "This Is Cruz Country" rally will be held August 13 at the Union High School Performing Arts Center at 7 p.m.

Cruz announced his intentions to run for president in March. He's been endorsed by Rep. Jim Bridenstine of Oklahoma.
