just make it legal to give someone a beating for peeing on your wall
holy stupid idea— they are just gonna go on the sidewalks—
And when the first dog/cat/rat gets blinded, the lawsuits will begin.
When the first homeless person gets a ticket for pissing in the main street, the human/civil rights lawsuits will break SF.
COOL! I love when a liberal eats their own.
Last time I was in SF. I saw a guy peeing in the middle of the street as he was crossing ..right near City Hall. Broad daylight. He didn’t care who saw him. Obama’s son, BTW.
Pee-a-Roni, the San Francisco Treat.
I wonder if that paint would work on a boat hull.
I wonder if you put a little English on it if you could shoot around a corner?
“The walls can pee back.”
I’ve heard the phrase “if these walls had eyes” but this is ridiculous.
I would have sworn that I read about this many moons ago...
I took a leak off the Golden Gate Bridge one time - that water is cold. Deep, too.
Cool! If you painted it on the back, you wouldn’t need fuel or sails!
Geez, people with money don't need to rob banks so let's make bank robbery legal because it is discriminatory to have it be legal.
Sounds like assault.

What a dumb idea. How much more pee repellent can that paint be than a stone or stucco wall. And you can always pee at an angle, and regardless the pee would still end up in the sidewalk.
SF loves its bums - they have more benefits and advocates than any other cess pit in the country. It attracts them like flies to an outhouse. They deserve each other.
Actually some people up there might think peeing walls are an amusement ride.
It seems to this old graybeard that it could easily defeated by adjusting the “angle of dangle”, so to speak.
