PHOENIX - US Marshals assisted with the arrest of a man accused of sex crimes against children in Pinal County who authorities have been looking for since 2013.
Guardiola was wanted on 11 counts of sexual conduct with a minor and sexual abuse for crimes he allegedly committed in September 2013.
He reportedly fled to Mexico to avoid prosecution and is believed to have gone under a different name while in the country

So now they’re going to bring him back to the US, and his bail will be set in an amount which will insure he is released pending trial.
And he’ll no doubt disappear with another assumed name (they are never undocumented) to rape again another day.
