Daylen Brickley, a baby from the US state of New Hampshire, is the proud owner of a lifetime permit to hunt and fish - the first license holder under a new program.
His fishing license is valid, but he will need to complete a hunter safety course before receiving that permit.
His mother, Erica Brickley, is not concerned about his future training.
The whole family was raised around hunting and fishing, "so I figure he'll kind of get in the swing of things".
"It was only natural to kind of keep it going," she told the New Hampshire Union Leader.

Well, OK...as long as he doesn’t hunt lions with a Confederate battle flag flying from his Jeep.
Buying a license like that might be the only way to guarantee you CAN hunt and fish in a few years, if laws take that away unless you’re grandfathered in.

Yer’ right. Might as well buy him lifetime memberships in the NRA, GOA, and stocks of ammo. There might not be an America once the kids turns 10.
Is this something new to New Hampshire? All of my grandchildren have lifetime hunting licenses.

My pet peeve currently is the attack on hunting, ranching and farming by the liberal puke groups furthering agenda 21.
In Tennessee, a lifetime license is $200 for children under 3.
