The latest controversy over Hillary Clinton's use of a personal email system while secretary of state is not only a possible drag on her presidential campaign, but it also creates a potential headache for Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
The inspectors general for the State Department and intelligence community on Friday disclosed that an internal review of Clinton's system concluded some emails contained classified information and that the inspectors general had sent a non-criminal "referral" to the Justice Department over the matter.

The Attorney General needs to decide whether she’s an American or a Democrat.
A Democrat will never take another down unless all the powers that be of that party sanctions the hit.

True, democrats only turn on other democrats whenever that democrat is deemed expendable and of no further use to the cause.
Why is this a minefield for Lynch? Her job is to administer the law, and investigate possible violations. And she is to do so impartially and without passion or prejudice. And she is to do so and let the chips fall where they may, wherever the trail leads.
Are we so jaded or so political and crony based in this country, that we are making excuses for a Democrat AG having trouble investigating a case involving a fellow Democrat???

Lynch has to make sure the trail does not lead back to the Black Hut. If Hillary goes down I wouldn’t be surprised if she tries to take everyone with her.

LOL! Really? She has the same “(p)residential amnesty that all demonkkkrats have. Injunction? Ignore. Court ordered documents? Ignore. Congressional demands for “?”? Ignore. Consequences? Ignore. Repeat as needed.
I don’t see this as a dilemma at all. Hillary, her handlers, Huma or whoever is doing her work for her, handled classified information and didn’t maintain the marking requirements OR follow established procedures for transmitting CLASSIFIED information. The fact this information was already classified has been established.
To my recollection, the forms I’ve signed over the last forty years re: this kind of thing subjected me to a minimum of 5/$250K to 10/$500K penalty at the end of my stint.

Two points. Would there be criminal charges if this was anybody other than Hillary Clinton? I think the answer is certainly yes. If I, as a civilian working on a military contract can be charged for simply sending a photograph of a system used by the US Navy, but sold commercially by Brittish Aerospace, then it is likely that almost anything that Secretary Clinton sent would be more interesting to foreign intelligence. It’s hard to imagine that much she dealt with was unclassified.
The second thing is, does Clinton even realize that almost everything she heard and dealt with was classified? I think she either didn’t or didn’t care one way or the other. Using an unsecured email system for any communications was criminal, even if she just did it because she’s stupid, rather than because she was soliciting bribes, which I think is the more likely reason.
She decided the bribes were more important than national security. Given the recent breeches...my God, the OPM was using a Chinese firm to do their computer maintenance, maybe security isn’t a priority at all and no charges should be filed...until a Republican or a civilian contractor sends out a photo that violates ITAR.
Oh, dear. That would be absolutely dreadful if our brilliant Attorney General Loretta Lynch got a headache. Terrible! I think I’m going to cry.
That decision was a prerequisite to getting the job. All we have to do is see here execute the results.
