Kasich is against closing the borders too?
Cruz and Trump are the only ones I can be roused to listen to.
The rest are nonentities. If they are paying attention, and maybe some are, they will know that the only way they can salvage their nonexistent candidacies is to attack, not conservatives, but GOPe and the White House. Most won’t do it. And I can’t be bothered to pay any attention to them.
I think Jindal and Fiorina are getting it. They are too late to the party to convince me, but they are getting it.
Trump has changed the landscape. He is the guy with the scimitar clearing a path for the rest. Cruz says it better, Trump says it louder. Together they are drawing everyone’s fire, and shaking it off. No one else is even on my radar.
Kasich = amnesty pimp.
he’s another “Comprehensive Reform” guy. They all say we need a secure border, but first we have to give the illegal aliens and their employers amnesty.
That is too bad I kind of liked Kasich— though his support of Obamacare by expanding Medicaid in his state was troubling too...
Tagline.
Cruz is the Tiffany version, Rubio the K-Mart.
Very complimentary of Cruz gaining steam...
LOL...
The election is far from over. I guess all of the other candidates, then, should just pack up and give it to Donald then?
Cobra, you equate business success with not imploding? Trump’s business endeavors imploded at least 4 times!
Besides, in business, he could get away with hiding his beliefs and ranting and raving...he will inevitably lose ground when the American people become bored with him. He also has the propensity to be a loose cannon.
Don’t oversell him yet..
I have no use for any candidate that even pauses or coughs when it come to border security.
Hey Vet- Would love to see Cruz and Lee take the floor today, and not give it up.
Way to go Sen. Cruz. Very excited to see him pick up the momentum that he deserves.
Anyone figure who are these JeBber voters? They must be a RINO unicorns, but pollsters sure find them. Pushy polls?
I was wondering the same. Jeb!? Is not even on any freeper’s top 3 list. Who is supporting him, and why??
Please, anyone who has a relative or friend that likes Jeb, do a public service and explain their reasoning to us.
Speaking of front runners, does anybody recall Rudy Giuliani or Fred Thompson?
Both were running pretty good in 2007.
Have you ever thought about the fact that Thompson’s campaign was like a reverse mortgage?
From Day 1 (The reaction to Trump’s announcement, good (us) and bad, I figured the fastest way to get Cruz into the WH is for him to have been a great Veep.
To have President Donald campaigning for him would be enough.
The most recent poll mentioned is from CNN/OpinionResearch. They are prominent but they tend to shape their poll results to some extent (strong liberal bias). In this case, I would mostly trust their current numbers, although numbers this far before an election are not terribly meaningful. As the second tier drops out, and as we see whether Trump can sustain his support, the numbers will mean more.
A poll of opinions... is just GOSSIP..
and thats IF the poll is not weighted..
If it is weighted.. as they all are.. their propaganda..
or worse agitprop..
Any that are FOR polls, any poll, is a malefactor.. up to no good..
America operated better before there were polls..
Polls are a “fly” in the soup..
As a recently retired pollster, I do not agree. Polls can be useful and helpful, if they are done honestly. Many polls and pollsters fit your description, but there are at least as many that are about understanding what people think rather than shaping public opinion to match a predetermined outcome.
You know, I like Rubio. Having said that - I would never vote for him for POTUS. He got snookered by Schumer, who was hell-bent on destroying Rubio’s chances for presidency. That tells me he isn’t making wise decisions. He shot himself in the foot with the gang of 8 crap. He has never recovered from that, and his “friends” in the Senate are secretly patting themselves on the back for it. He should never have given up his Senate Seat. He might become a lobbyist after this run fizzles.
