He also had 10 percent of the “second choice” folks, Jebby I think it said only 6 or 8, which means, as people drop out, his lead will only grow.

I predict that the debates will shake up the polls quite a bit.

Did the second “hope” from Hope, Mr. Huckabee, get left off the list, or is he down to zero now?

Once Barbara Pierce Bush comes out to “endorse” Jebbie, it will be all over.

I believe that the economy is going to turn really bad starting now. By end of year it will be in very serious trouble.

Should that happen, Trump’s case will be so strong that his poll numbers should exceed 40% on its way to 50%. People will be terrified and Trump will have been saying for months now that politicians don’t do anything and that they are terrible negotiators and he can bring jobs back to America.

This downturn in the economy will play right into Trump’s hand. I think Trump knows just how bad things are and is expecting this epic economic crash. He is just there waiting with a big I-told-you-so. If people are scared enough they will flock to Trump.

Trump at 28% on the strength mostly of the immigration issue. There are other issues, any of which could give him another significant boost once discussed more thoroughly.

1. Bad trade deals that have moved US plants and jobs overseas, and the outsourcing of jobs, H1-Bs, etc. Upcoming trade deals.

2. Trump opposes Common Core.

3. The sluggish economy in general.

4. Out-of-control spending and the $18.5 trillion debt.

5. His belief that a growing economy and job creation can secure SS and Medicare for the future, and help solve most other problems. Relates to 1, 3, and 4, and illegal immigration and probably excessive legal immigration.

Several only slightly discussed issues, any of which can give Trump another good boost compared to the position of other candidates.

I’m calling the “Bush: 14%” is TOTAL B.S.

I have yet to meet a single person that will vote for this guy. It’s a total lie by the Establishment.

Remember the way these Rats work. If they want to play down a number, then divide whatever number they say by 2 1/2 to 3 times to get the actual number, and just the opposite if they want to boost a number. Multiply it by 2 1/2 to 3 times the numbers.

Since they have Bush at 14%. That means his real numbers are between 5 to 6% at most. Which would be consistent with only 12,000 plus donors.

That also tells me that Trumps numbers are some where between 62 and 72%. I’ll split the difference and say its 67%. For the record, I’ve met plenty of Trump supporters.

This is why the Establishment is freaking out.

“Maddow: Donald Trump Is ‘Gaffe-Proof,’ Nothing He Says Matters”

This is because he attacks back, and doesn't take any prisoners from the media. The media have been a big determinant of who is and who isn't Teflon. Trump doesn't let them shape the narrative, and actually takes it to them. He hits back. They don't like that, and don't have an answer for it. Now they know how it feels to have someone else control the narrative.

During Vietnam it was acknowledged and accepted that the “smart” people would avoid the draft by any and all means necessary. Trump falls into that category. I didn't care then and I don't care now, as the fact is that most who wrap themselves in the flag to weak to defend it.

During that time, the draft gave no choice to around one-two hundred thousand a year. There was a third smaller group like me that volunteered.

Anyone who was eligible to serve during that era, and did not, and who now chooses to be critical or impinge the service of any POW for political gain is a F++King idiot.

On Sunday they were all saying but his high poll numbers have come down on the weekend. They came down about 4 points negatively.Gotta watch out for those negative reductions.
