You posted "the Soros crowd must have been promising him big things and things have changed, leaving him high and dry".

Other than some odd connection you made in your own mind you have nothing you can provide that proves up the statement you made above. I know Rick Perry and I am fed up with him myself but the notion that he has connections to George Soros is daft. Perry would laugh his a$$ off if you asserted something like that directly to his face.

You are correct that the nutballs in Austin through the Travis County DA have been running without tether for years. Ronnie Earl had a ball with it. Fortunately, this was fixed in the last Texas legislative session. That garbage has been stopped.

Perry has as his lead attorney Tony Buzbee, Buzbee is a genius and at some point the bogus charges against Perry will go away.

I am just trying to connect the dots, based on his age and history and intelligence. He is not stupid. He courts Hispanic votes. He certainly cannot take the stances I do, for example, in public. But he displays a reticence, an absolute refusal, to come right out and say that illegal immigration is a crisis (after what he witnessed last summer and Obama’ executive actions). Rather, he chooses to engage in sweet talk, as in “from the Alamo to Afghanistan” and praises Hispanic contribution - thereby presenting a false choice - if you criticize illegals you are thereby criticizing Hispanics. He said that in response to Trump’s warnings over illegals. Perry knows Trump did not say “Hispanics”. There are about 30 million illegals in the United States. There is no way the country can survive if drastic measures are not taken. If politicians can’t alert the voters for fear of immigrants, then the nation is finished.

He did try to get the super highway through Texas, which is being pushed by Soros people; Soros people being a metaphor for those wanting to submerge the United States into a mere trading post conglomerate. He launched a pathetic attack on Trump yesterday - pure acid, after he has criticized Trump’s tone. He can’t gainsay the truth Trump speaks; he just slams Trump.

When it came out in 2013 Christie’s Bridgegate was wall to wall coverage. The eastern elites think he’s a viable candidate and this was to kill him in the cradle.

Walker’s John Doe began with the SWAT raids in 2013.

Perry a few months later.

Yea yea yea. The bottom line is that Rick Perry has zero connection to George Soros as you indicated. Perry still sucks, we agree on that, but to say he had some kind of deal with Soros as you indicated is totally false and something you made up out of thin air. In know Rick Perry and there is no way "the Soros crowd must have been promising him big things and things have changed, leaving him high and dry" as you stated. You were making that up. I have been around Rick Perry on social occasions where he has talked about many things, he is no fan of Soros.

I postulated what I said; I never stated that I knew it for a fact. It just seems strange to me that the stances he takes - immigration, addressing LaRaza on very friendly terms (and you would not believe what LaRaza says in private), signing deals with Muslims, VICIOUSLY attacking Trump for attacking an insane immigration policy, promoting the super highway from Mexico - and a few more people from Texas have mentioned - are all in accord with the globalist agenda. If he were in fact aligned with the globalists, how would he have acted differently? As I said before, he has a potential to lead and he is obsessed with promoting political correctness talking points.

I agree it was BS, but Perry is a bumbling fool.

He didn’t respect his office, nor the people that put him in office. It was “Rick Perry’s Excellent ASdventure” the whole time.
