Re: “Also [Rubio] has more options working for a news anchor for telemundo or Univision or a cable network.”

Agree.

Rubio’s run for president is also an 18 month job interview for Fox News.

If he loses the nomination or the general, Fox will pay him much more than he earns in the U.S. Senate, plus, Rubio gains a public platform to keep his political ambitions viable for a future election.

If Rubio runs and loses his Florida Senate seat, his future earning power and political dreams will take a vicious hit.

Rubio was in the center seat of Bret’s pnel last night

Extemporaneously, he was mediocre. He didn’t seem to handle himself well at all.

.

Experienced Florida political observers KNOW that Marco Rubio is running for president (high risk) instead of running for re-election as U.S. Senator ...

because Marco Rubio KNOWS he would LOSE an otherwise "easy" senate re-election campaign.

WHY ?

Florida Tea Party groups "awarded" Marco Rubio the Florida Senate seat in 2010 ...

then Rubio sold the Tea Party down-the-river with the infamous Gang-of-Eight illegal amnesty bill.

Marco Rubio is TOAST in Florida.

Six weeks from now, when Florida Republicans see that Donald Trump is "really" going to run ...

Jeb will then be TOAST as well ...

Little known secret ... only Florida GOP-RINO party leadership "love" Jeb Bush ... and even that is done with "good ol boy" old-fashioned Chicago Way coercion and duress ...

I live in Florida, too. Jeb Bush was a popular governor here and is liked for that. But Floridians are just as tired of the Bush family in the White House as the rest of the nation.

I am beginning to see a wide open republican convention. All these guys are going to be favorite son’s from their states. I don’t see any of the candidates have the nomination wrapped up after the primaries!! Remember the “winner take all” was to nominate a liberal numb skull like Mc Cain. I think Cruz will win Texas after today. Trump will win many delegates under “winner take all”. But we could very easily see a brokered convention where delegates will be bought and sold for money. ( like the old days) It will be pop corn time for sure. The “winner take all” rule is back firing badly on the establishment.

It’s a registered voter poll. Means nothing in the scheme of things.

Because a poll that includes people unlikely to vote gives a better indication of what the voting will be? Dang. Statistics is harder than I thought.

Yea, but the media and uninformed folks seem to think polls like this matter. They don’t, and until we start seeing likely voter polls they will continue to be irrelevant.
