Obama vows to veto a law that requires enforcement of federal law. What part of the oath of office is that in?

The Supreme Court has ruled in several cases that federal law is up to federal authorities to enforce. State and local authorities are not required to enforce it for them. But at the same time they are not allowed to interfere with the enforcement of the law by the federal officials.
