Jeb Bush talks frequently about a big tent. But it wasn't until yesterday that I realized that his reference to a "big tent" was actually about a man wearing a dress.
Bush reportedly said he was fine with transgender persons openly wearing the uniform as long as the Pentagon determines that doing so would not undermine U.S. troop morale.
If you can accommodate people who are transgendered and deal with making sure the militarys comfortable with this and making sure that the overriding principle ought to be how do we create the highest morale for the greatest fighting force the world has ever seen and if you can accommodate those two concerns, then fine, he told Yahoo News.
So Bush has no opinion of his own whether transvestites in the military will have any effect on morale. He has no opinion whether a man in a military dress skirt might hurt unit cohesion, or the increased depression and suicides from people suffering from gender dysphoria might affect split-second decisions in combat.
This is Bush's way of passing the buck, of approving of a far-left policy without appearing to endorse it directly. This is a policy that was a joke on a TV show called M*A*S*H thirty years ago, wasn't even on any one's radar two years ago, and now all of a sudden is a "civil rights imperative."

So stupid. He can pander to gays, men in dresses, Hispanics and midgets and STILL not get their vote. Why vote for Light Dem when you can get Full Dem?
This guy has no guts. Anyone who wants to preserve our military knows this cannot be a good idea.. We all know the Dems want to destroy it so them supporting this makes sense
Just call him Lieutenant Noballs.
I definitely prefer the real thing. They actually represent their disparate constituents.
¡Yeb! is a Democrat in an R jersey.
He’s making it plain for all to see.
Hillary would be the lesser evil if he gets the nomination.
She would get less cooperation from the Congress for the very same things.
I'm not sure he has a moral compass of right vs wrong. It seemed that way when Terri Schiavo's nightmare came down to him taking a personal risk to his career, and he wouldn't. Did he ever at any time, then or now, speak about what's morally and ethically right?
In a Democrat world, we will have a crossdressing military, gender free bathrooms, schools filled with boys in skirts and girls in work pants, section 8 housing everywhere, all jobs paying 15.00 an hour no matter what they are (Income equality), no more cars just public transportation(controlling emissions), grocery stores filled with GMO foods(Collective farm products), no more meat and replaced with tofu, gangs and police having open firefights in the streets, drones dropping bombs on the houses of dissidents, churches turned into gay brothels, and Christians being dragged off to work in the mines.
this is the unprogressive democrat agenda. It’s not Left Wing, is whacko wing
Ditto - I’ve been Bush-whacked enough.
Exactly. He is trying (as many “conservative” candidates do) to out-liberal true liberals, and it will never, ever, ever work.
Ever.
No more Bushes or their adopted son’s wife, Hillary.
I view it as being stabbed in the chest by the enemy I know and who shows themselves for all to see, and being stabbed in the back by someone who professes to share your views until the critical moment arrives.
If the Jebster embodies the new definition of a “republican” then the term RINO is now obslete.
Its been trans-rendered.
Can J! make America cellulite free?
yes, why choose that all-important tranny vote (they WON’T vote for him anyway) over the conservative base?! Idiot.
This is Bush’s way of saying to the media “pick me, pick me!”
Wish we could vote for God as president forever and be done with all this sickening crap.
Oh, it’s obsolete alright, even before this joke. This Congress has rendered it obsolete. I really don’t know who Jeb thinks is going to vote for him, the left have their own candidates, conservatives hate him, and more than a few so-called moderates are just tired of Bushes. If he got every Hispanic vote for which he’s pandering hard, he wouldn’t win.
