GOOD MORNING!
Well, my computer repair shop called.
My old one cannot be repaired.
At least now I know that I have lost everything, so now I will have to get used to this crappy laptop.
Had I known, I guess I would have bought a better laptop.
Oh well.
When I have time, I’ll go back to old threads to copy the graphics I liked best and used most often.
NOT TODAY, NOT THIS WEEK. I’m still sick.

I finally recovered sufficiently from a summer cold to get my eyes clear, and nose to stop watering, enough to drive the 900 miles home and into my own bed for a few days.
Back to my cantankerous self by the weekend, I am sure.

Dang, that's a bummer. I was hoping that at least they would be able to salvage info off the old hard drive so you could transfer it to the new computer.
Get yourself well, and then you can tackle the chore of finding old graphics.
