According to an explosive new Wall Street Journal editorial, Government Accountability Board (GAB) Executive Director Kevin Kennedy is a professional friend of Lois Lerner, the IRS official at the center of the plot to target conservative and tea party groups, and sought IRS assistance on the John Doe investigation.
Communications revealed to the Wall Street Journal detail this working relationship and Kennedy confirmed as much to the newspaper.
Emails we’ve seen show that between 2011 and 2013 the two were in contact on multiple occasions, sharing articles on topics including greater donor disclosure and Wisconsin’s recall elections. The emails indicate the two were also personal friends who met for dinner and kept in professional touch. “Are you available for the 25th?” Ms. Lerner wrote in January 2012. “If so, perhaps we could work two nights in a row.”

How do Free Americans fight this type of conspiratorial government oppression?

I say we stop it now and prosecute after Obama can no longer pardon them.

The WSJ jumped the shark years ago with its diehard support of immigration, amnesty, and the GOPe.
I would not trust one word printed in that newspaper.
Perhaps Trump or one of the other candidates should say something like:
Lois Lerner has used the power of government to intimidate, threat, and sandbag political expression. If she and others who were abusing power do not go to jail, we must assume the American people are ok with it. Therefore, when I become president, I will do the same. I say this directly to the American people to SHAME them into action. Do You really want the IRS to do the president’s dirty work? An American style political police?
I doubt we will see this in The Milwaukee Journal rag.

It wouldn’t be retaliation, any more than Governor Palin’s dismissal of that bad cop was retaliation. I do admit that it would be spun as such.

As one who has lived through this nightmare (and it goes back further than Gov. Walker's terms...the GAB has interfered in state and local elections to benefit Dems for as long as it's been in existence), I would expect a President Walker not to "retaliate", but to definitely remedy the situation within the law in a similar way to his having neutered the unions' influence with Act 10 and such.
