Yes, that is basically it; I cite the Romanian Revolution of 1989.
..................................................
Please confirm that the Romanian Revolution was sparked by the government kicking a pastor out of his home. I have read that in the past. I have also confirmed this with Romanians. The people had become fed up with communism. That same government had tortured other Christians over a long period of time, but the one simple act by that government lit the spark.
See post #39.
Article V is done by the states.
I do not agree. This fight belongs to any who love liberty and the constitution.
I am sick of the tip toeing. We are in the right and we ought to hold our heads high rather than slink around as though guilty of wrongdoing.
A way to fight back peacefully is a tax revolt. It must be massive, unified, and synchronized.
Simply do not file a return after claiming maximum legal number of deductions.
Needs to.be tens of millions in scope of participation.

In his First Innaugural Address Lincoln said,
"Intelligence, patriotism, Christianity, and a firm reliance on Him who has never yet forsaken this favored land are still competent to adjust in the best way all our present difficulty."
(I might add to that, "Father, why hast thou forsaken us?")
Elsewhere in the same Address Lincoln stated,
"By the frame of the Government under which we live this same people have wisely given their public servants but little power for mischief, and have with equal wisdom provided for the return of that little to their own hands at very short intervals. While the people retain their virtue and vigilance no Administration by any extreme of wickedness or folly can very seriously injure the Government in the short space of four years."
I ask you, from whence did our public servants derived an unlimited 'power for mischief'. Lincoln would say we have been neither vigilant nor virtuous.
How on earth did it come to be that Supreme Court calls the shots? That was never a rule of the game. Let's back up to 1973 and do it again.
It is getting to that time.
