Donald Trump admitted that his presidential campaign is hurting him financially.

In an interview on Fox on Saturday, the real estate mogul hit back at critics who allege that he's just running for president for publicity, saying that his campaign has damaged his image and his businesses.

"This isn't good for my brand, I think it's bad for my brand," Trump said. "Maybe I'm leading in polls, but this is certainly not good. I lose customers, I lose people."

Still, Trump maintained that his businesses are "very strong," and haven't been too hurt by the bad publicity yet.

Is he going to be like the founders and bravely risk it all?

Whether he runs or not, I hope he keeps spreading the truth.

Other than Cruz who else can handle the job like Trump can do.
Is he flawed? No doubt but he’s no traitor or chump.

Maybe he will stop thinking the Demoncrats are such wonderful people. And, oh yeah - the RINOs as well. They all run to him when they are campaigning for an endorsement, and of course, a donation. From here on out, I think he will tell people to go pound sand.

The testosterone sweepstakes among the Republicans: three candidates are clear of the field:
Trump, Cruz and Carly.

I'm waiting for Rosie O'Donnell to open her big, fat, lesbo mouth....saying she hopes he loses his shirt.

If only Rosie had a shirt to lose. She has nothing!!

I can get no clear reading in the guy. He always seems so matter of “factly” on...that he comes off as a TAD less than 100 authentic.

Hes not Barack Obama Phoney... yet theres something there that repels me

No such thing as bad publicity.

Only people who are pulling back from him are hacks who are being told to.

He can just sign up others who will pick up where they left off. He’s already done it.

This is all an orchestrated campaign to push him out. He shouldn’t worry, no one is cancelling their plans to buy Trump except the RINO gang.

Yeah, Trump can recover easily from the superficial hits. He can sell his ties in many other places. Small fries stuff. Reelz will get a very large if not a new record viewing audience watching the Miss Universe/ Miss USA pageants.

Well look at you, belittling a person who has managed to bring to front and center one of the greatest dangers Americans have had to face.

Your post makes you look like a floating turd in the FreeRepublic punch bowel.

Whoa there.

MeshugeMikey may be wrong on this point but he’s a good Freeper!

It’s hard to admit that a flawed man might be our only hope. I’m praying for Cruz but I will take Trump gladly over Hillary.

Surely you jest Mr. Trump.

I've always heard that "ALL publicity is GOOD.. some is just better than others."

I may have misread what he wrote and spoken too soon.

Perhaps MeshugeMikey said trump has already taken a big risk, the risk of being an ass, so why not go all in and really keep going for President?

If that’s the case, I do owe him an apology.

Is he flawed? No doubt but he’s no traitor or chump.

Another astute observation.

To NOT be a "traitor" or a "chump" is certainly a step up from most of the front-running candidates, as well as the current elected crop of so nothing representatives of the people.
