“...because he is gay and was interned”????

Raging self-pity does not excuse stupid and/or slander.

Kirk now understands why zulu was always asking: “When are you going to beam me to Uranus, El Cap-i-tan?”

George’s apology was pathetic.

It sounded more like an excuse because he’s gay and was interned during the war than a heartfelt apology.

And this shows what a narcissist George really is, too. 200 years of slavery and Jim Crow laws means nothing to an angry, petty, self absorbed, glittery fairy.

His apology was essentially “I’m sorry I lost my cool but who can blame me after what this a-hole conservative in black face on the Supreme Court said.”

Oddly enough, when I was a boy we had some neighbors just over the hill named Rushing, two families headed by two brothers and their sons were big on souping up their cars, even took an old John Deere and built their own little dirt track on the farm. It was very small of course but they raced on it. One of my earliest memories is of playing with an old Indy race car with no engine that they had. One kid would sit in it and the others would push him around. The boys still live in the area but they are old men now.

Shoulda put up a sign like this one.

When droves of spectators showed up---NASCAR was born.
