WASHINGTON — Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum admonished his competitors Thursday for their reactions to the Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage, saying as president he would fight to repeal the ruling and implement a law protecting religious freedoms enshrined in the First Amendment.
“Many are moving on,” Santorum said of Republican reactions to the court ruling. “Well, not me. This will not stand.”
The former Pennsylvania senator gave the keynote speech at a gala for the National Organization for Marriage – a conservative organization that defines marriage as between a man and a woman – Thursday in Washington.

It’s not the issue with momentum. Illegal entry into U.S. by foreigners is the issue. It encompasses homeland security issues, human services budget issues, education issues, crime issues. Creates many problems fed & state have to face and pay for. Need to start winning. This is the hill we should focus all our strength on.
Its a good litmus test. Look at the Repubs who lecture us “the court has spoken, law of the land, move on...” And now you know who is who. Crystal clear.

Too bad many here were so disrespectful to Santorum. He could have been our President today. Oh well there loss...unfortunately it is our loss too. We have some nasty here.
Agreed. Even when Santorum says something every Conservative should cheer, people in this forum can’t even acknowledge it, but simply talk around him.
