They don’t need it. Their Dolphin class U-212 boats have hydrogen fuel cells. No moving parts. I am glad they’re an ally. Israel has bought some Dolphin boats. Don’t know if any of them are 212’s.
It’s easy to be undetectable traveling at less than 5-7 knots. Try doing it at 20+ kts.
