I'm going to let me id speak, rather than my ego or my super-ego. This story is appalling...but I don't care. At least these girls won't be getting pregnant with babies they'll either abort or raise while collecting welfare. As a taxpayer who has done my part to prevent abortions, I am sick of getting kicked in the teeth by my church — this Pope is a putz — and by my government.
Let's be honest: parents who are actually involved in their children's lives don't end up having their daughters have IUDs implanted without their (the parents’) consent. The schools are getting away with this because these parents are trash, which means their grandchildren would be trash...so who gives a damn?

Remove children from these schools. I would move my family to a state that is very sympathetic to home schooling before I would allow my children to remain in any such school system.

If I were the parent of one of these girls, the PERPETRATOR would be wishing he or she was never born.

I'm burned out. I'll still work to prevent girls who are actually pregnant from having abortions, but I don't have the energy to prevent IUDs from being inserted in girls whose parents are out to lunch and who would inevitably be pregnant (and would abort) without the IUDs within a year anyway. Am I proud of the way I feel? No; but I don't feel guilty about it, either.
Tell Pope Francis to stop preaching pseudoscience about climate change as he ignores the abortion issue. Don't waste your time on me.
