It is apparent that this case was filed to pursue the political purposes of the Brady Center, and, given the failure to present any cognizable legal claim, bringing these defendants into the Colorado court where the prosecution of James Holmes was proceeding appears to be more of an opportunity to propagandize the public and stigmatize the defendants than to obtain a court order which counsel should have known would be outside the authority of this court.

Change tort laws to “looser pays”. That will change a lot of this harrassment cr@p.
It was changed. This sort of suit is not legal and the Brady campaign has made it abundantly clear that they have no respect for the rule of law. that’s why they owe lucky gunner $200k for legal expenses.
Oh, I forgot, they're part of the untouchable legal profession, which means (no matter what), The Client Always Pays ™.
I have always wanted the “Loser Pay” to mean ONLY the lawyers pay, as they know they have no CASE.
Lawfare.
Weaponized legal proceedings designed to shut down resistance to The Agenda.
AWARD THEM DAMAGES
It would be great- you cannot represent yourself in court any more (you can but the judges will hate you for it)
and so you ONLY can rely on a lawyer- if he says its OK to proceed, he’s at least as equally guilty of filing fraudulent claims
Three reasons he needs to pay all of it: 1.He knows better.
2. He does it anyway, and insults the Courts.
3.He does it anyway insults the courts and leaves his client to look like the fool.
The client now has that on his court records, which will come into play when and if he ever has a leg imitate claim, or a job interview.
LOSER instead of looser.
I would be all for that!!! if the ,lawyer should have known, and let the client do it anyway
The Lawyer ALWAYS should have know....he’s the one with the degree, no excuses...........
