A man in Louisiana is asking for an explanation from Walmart after his request for a Confederate flag cake at one of its bakeries was rejected, but a design with the ISIS flag was accepted.
Chuck Netzhammer said he ordered the image of the Confederate flag on a cake with the words, "Heritage Not Hate," on Thursday at a Walmart in Slidell, Louisiana. But the bakery denied his request, he said. At some point later, he ordered the image of the ISIS flag that represents the terrorist group.
"I went back yesterday and managed to get an ISIS battleflag printed. ISIS happens to be somebody who we're fighting against right now who are killing our men and boys overseas and are beheading Christians," Netzhammer said.
"That's an ISIS battleflag cake that anybody can go buy at Walmart," he explains in a video posted on YouTube showing the sheetcake. "But you can't buy a Confederate flag toy, with like, say, a 'Dukes of Hazzards' car."

Just a terrific example of this miserable situation.
It makes perfect sense when you realize that Walmart has bought into the PC insanity that old, dead white Confederates are the true threat to America and ISIS is just an expression, albeit imperfect, of minority outrage against the Imperial West.
Wait...aren’t they compelled to make him a cake? They’re not allowed to discriminate on the purpose or content of the cake!! As he must be racist this must be discrimination based on race!!!

Either the walmart employees had no idea what ISIS is...
Or they knew and were afraid of the PC police.
And our enemies know this very well. PC will protect them.

Walmart was founded in Arkansas, what is their problem?
This is really a stupid issue. How many Walmart bakery associates are going to know what the isis flag looks like? Whoever made that cake had no idea what they were making and people are just making themselves look foolish by acting like Walmart has some preference for isis over the confederacy.

How is refusing to bake a Confederate battle flag cake different from refusing to bake a fag themed cake?
Fags are now a protected class. Anyone who has any respect at all for any of the various Confederate flags is a right wing terrorist. You gotta try harder to keep up! /sarc

That’s the beauty of this bit of theater. It’s using Walmart to mock and humiliate Walmart for their sudden attack of pseudo self righteousness on banning confederate flag sales.
When I lived in Slidell in the eighties, it was common to see
members of the Ku Klux Klan in full costume standing at intersections soliciting money. I wonder if things have changed since then.
