Thanks, I’ve heard they’re tough but didn’t realize they’re that hard to destroy.
This whole fiasco with Lerner, the IRS and these emails should put a lot of people in a federal slammer but it won’t.
Here's the factual TRUTH.
I don't care if that hard drive was launched into space and will bever be seen again.
ALL of the emails SENT from her hard drive still reside on systems and back up servers that still exist somewhere in the system, They STILL EXIST because they originated from other systems
ALL of the emails RECEIVED by her hard drive STILL exist because they emanated from somewhere other than her hard drive.. and those systems and drives from which they emanated are still operating... and still backed up and archived.
My point: Digital is digital. If I SEND you an email it still exists on my hard drive as being sent.. even if you delete it from your hard drive i minute after receiving it. Also, take into account that within corporate America and the Government everything is backed up and archived because the law mandates it ( very true in the financial business & Goverbnebt ). In terms of Government and financial, sometimes they are retained in backup archives for many years.
Read my explanation again and replace the word SEND with RECEIVE and reverse the premise and you have the same result.
Anyone who believes the LIES that are being laid at the feet of the American public has NO concept of digital.
That's WHY the major music companies went postal early on over MP3 music files. What it meant was that once something went out onto the Internet they NO longer had control over how it multiplied and propagated.
I'd be willing to bet my life savings that Learner's email exist somewhere, or in lots of "somewhere places" as I write this.
The major obstacle I see is that if someone within the system started turning up her so called deleted emails thay are liable to find themselves in Fort Marcy Park, dead like Vince Foster.
I work at NASA. This email story was a big joke from Day 1. We knew that her laptop has nothing to do with missing emails.
This is a total sham from the word “Go”. Congress is inept they cannot even comprehend what happened.
Lerner’s bosses concocted the story and told her to “drop” the laptop. The IT people at the IRS were told to destroy the email and hard drives.
There are probably 30+ people who broke the law or knew the law was being broken.
If this were any other country, a military coup for the purposes of eradicating corruption would have already taken place. (No, I’m not suggesting it should happen. )
Old school copiers or printers using optics, mirrors, and lenses.
Each time you print a document it is converted to a digital file and sent to the printer over a cable or wirelessly. It is in that transmission stage that a probe, antennae, or splice can capture every document you send to print.

They don’t smash them. They shred stuff like hard drives with industrial sized shredders. They could shred a toaster like it was tissue.
Of course we know the emails/data still exist.

Hillary’s server is currently being hammered, nailed, acid bathed, flamed, frozen, magnetized and run over with bulldozers. It then will be shredded and lost.
