RUSH: We're here doing everything we can on the EIB Network to bring as much joy, pleasure, and upbeat, positive feelings to you and your day. I know you might think, "Do you really think you're doing that with the stuff you're covering here?" Yeah, I do, folks, because I think it helps to be on top of this stuff. I think it helps to know what's coming. This is gonna bottom out.
At some point, I have no doubt we're gonna reach a bottom. We always have. This country's gone leftist before with FDR, with Woodrow Wilson. Now, there's something that is unique. There's something new that has not been prevalent in all these other cultural shifts, and that's the Internet. The Internet is huge. The Internet, because of the anonymity that it provides people, has just created -- or contributed, I should say, an overly coarseness and roughness to day-to-day culture, the way people treat each other and so forth.
Twitter has a series of sewers where trolls are. It's just despicable.
I mean, endless parades of human debris hang out. Facebook not so much, although you can be anonymous there if you wish. But that is the great thing that's different. We've always, in the modern era, had every other form of media prior to the Internet. It's been around for a long time. People have adjusted to it, accommodated it, learned how to use it. The Internet is relatively new and to a lot of people just becoming a fun little playground.
So that's the one mitigating factor but I do believe all of this stuff's gonna bottom out, 'cause like Reagan said about communism, it's eventually gonna implode because of its own immorality. And I think that about liberalism, socialism, communism, but the point is, even when it implodes does not always mean it ends. Ask the people that live in Cuba. So just because it implodes doesn't necessarily mean it goes away. And that's why a constant focus here -- maybe not constant. That's why there's an ongoing effort on this program to establish and maintain what I would -- what's the best way to characterize? Not just cultural norms, but uplifting standards morality and decency, standing for them, representing them, the guardrails of society, if you will.
And, as such, I happen to think -- it may not happen in our lifetimes, I don't know, but this stuff is gonna bottom out at some point. Either that or the implosion is gonna be very severe and what results during the rebuild is gonna be something maybe a little different or unrecognizable. But this stuff can't go on. The longer we go on ruled and dominated by ignorance, that begins to get compounded, at some point it just has to bottom out. Now, I will admit, I've been waiting for this for 25 years.
To me, and maybe I'm whistling Dixie here, no offense intended, but I keep thinking there's gonna be just not a tipping point, but one thing. No idea what it is, where it is, how, anything, I just have this premonition, there's gonna be one thing that might lead to a series of things, but one thing that's gonna wake everybody up. And I still believe it, and I wish I could tell you more of what I think it's gonna be or even make a prediction, but I can't. I'll admit it is due, I hold this belief because of my never-ending, undying, and inherent good feeling about the good nature and intentions of most people. And particularly the American people. So we will see.

My and my wife’s ancestors – all of them – jumped through all the hoops to come here legally. And I have absolutely NO problem with productive, hard-working citizens from FRIENDLY nations jumping through the same hoops to become ASSIMILATED Americans. And I have no problem even with those from officially UNfriendly places who, having helped us there at some point, have been threatened with death for doing so coming here to become Americans after thorough vetting.
I caught a statistic recently that indicated over 70% of Americans want our borders secured and the illegal tidal wave to stop.
I’m betting that MANY of the folks destined to be settled in already established upper-middle class and higher areas will be these Third Worlders. You see, it’s all part of the BIG PLAN.
Can someone explain WHY Obama’s insertion of illegals/aliens – under threat of force – from all over the world into what little remains of American culture is NOT an act of CULTURAL RAPE?
If you’re a so-called “progressive” reading this and find it too complicated to fully grasp, here’s a simpler analogy: Think of Obama as a rapist, the remnants of American culture as his victim and the Third World aliens he’s forcing on many of our communities as his penis.

I don’t know. I thought after gay marriage we would FINALLY start to regroup and try and make this place whole again eventually getting rid of gay marriage, abortion and other liberal ideals. That’s exactly what is going on. The South is being culturally raped.
The decline of our once beloved nation continues as planned. Obama is one of a ‘true believers’ in the ideology that the United States is (insert adjective that implies evil here ie imperialist) and NOT a force for good. He instructed his constituents to vote for revenge and punish with their votes because his kind really, really do hate individual freedom and economic freedom. It limits their power to control and increase their net worth.
