Pope Francis, who's been espousing pro-life positions in all senses of the term, took a moment on Sunday to inform those involved in weapons manufacturing that they're not really Christians. "If you trust only men you have lost," he told thousands of young people during a rally in the Italian city of Turin. "It makes me think of ... people, managers, businessmen who call themselves Christian and they manufacture weapons. That leads to a bit a distrust, doesn't it?" The crowd applauded and he went on to criticize those who invest in weapons industries, saying, "duplicity is the currency of today ... they say one thing and do another."

Well...there are lot of people who would kill the pope and Catholics and Christians and atheists and Hindus and Buddhists and so on...The only to stop that is with guns / weapons. Remember Nazis your holiness?

I think the Pope is reaching far beyond his expertise as to what can happen in a world of evil people. I would think the Pope has knowledge of Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Pol Pot and some others. Perhaps he is just trying to tell us not to be like those persons. However, my advice to the Pope is that one has to really understand history of prior years before trying to remake it.

There is no way this man is God’s representative on earth.
He didn’t believe in his own divinity? He didn’t believe in his resurrection? Tell me what part of the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed Jesus didn’t believe in! (Yes, I know they weren’t written yet.)
