Longtime Democratic strategist Bob Shrum said on MSNBC Friday that he “cannot imagine the horror that could’ve unfolded” if churchgoers were armed during the recent massacre in Charleston, South Carolina.
Nine people were slaughtered on Wednesday night after suspected gunman Dylann Roof allegedly opened fire in the historically black church. Only three people survived, including a grandmother who played dead and laid on top of her granddaughter to protect her.
Roof reportedly had time to reload his gun several times.
“I cannot imagine the horror that could’ve occurred if people were sitting around with concealed weapons, this thing started and you had a full-scale gunfight,” Shrum said Friday. “You might not even have three survivors.”
He went on to say that “this is going to be a big issue” in the 2016 Democratic primaries. Watch the video via MSNBC:

Full scale gunfight hardly. The mad man would have been shot and few or no others injured.
God forbid that a victim could have had a gun inside the church. Schrum thinks someone could have been seriously hurt.

The assailant would have been killed if shot in the head (i believe he had a vest) and maybe two or three people would have died.
He picked a church because he is a coward. Couldn’t go to the hood and take on drug dealers and pimps.
His remarks are further evidence that liberalism is a mental illness.

Shrug seems to think that armed churchgoers would have shot one another rather than focusing on shooting Roof, apparently. Now, why would he think that?
I was in a room with several hundred thousands of guns in it today. Not one of the guns jumped up and shot anyone.

The idea of conservative blacks with guns really scares Democrats.
Having only Roof and his first victim be the only deaths would have been a tragedy for the gun grabbers. It would have been a non-story for them and possibly another story where guns saved lives they would need to bury, like the recent one in Texas.

Several years ago there was an attack upon an Evangelical church somewhere in TX (I believe). However, they had a female in the audience who was a PAID private security person. As soon as the shooter raised their weapon .. she took them out.
ONE SHOT; ONE DEAD SHOOTER.
So, the premise that people in the church having guns would have been horrible .. is truly, exactly the opposite. And, you have to realize that this premise is designed to keep guns out of the church. But, a paid security person who looks like a regular church member is probably the smartest thing a church can do.
Schrum is a moron. But, just about every Democrap is mentally defective.
