He sounds more like an 8 year old child and certainly NOT a leader.
I think he is a better fit for daytime TV talk, where guest come on TV, start to cry. and feel sorry for themselves, than as POTUS.

What would happen if Jeb gave the State of the Union address with Boehner sitting behind him like it always happens. I supposed they would collapse into each other’s arms, weeping.

Boehner cries a lot too. I guess being a sissy and showing it appeals to the natural RINO voter base. [Note: I cry too - over real things - but not over admiring my dad.]
It's one thing to cry over the death of a relative or someone close, the death of the dog at the end of Old Yeller (or any movie with a dog, since the dog always dies), a cancer diagnosis, watching a fire destroy years of work, holding the hand of someone severely injured or burned and talking them through the pain, and similar big/tragic events. It's quite another to cry over the things that make Jeb, Boehner, and other liberals cry.
