yes it does. i included that for the arguments about corporations being legally "persons" and because when i use this argument with non political folks they are more apt to accept it with the "same tax on everyone, including businesses."
Actually, I would rather replace it all with a flat 10% or less tariff on all imports for the purpose of revenue only.That sort of thing was what the founders envisioned, along with protecting local industry which is probably good in the beginning in an aggressively entrepreneurial society but should have been set back to "low and uniform" after 20 years.

That’s the problem. Most of the Republican congresscritters do what Boehner tells them to do, because of his bullying tactics, etc..
