Who in the hell is john toyllu and if he can't spell his name why would anyone care what he says?
I've seen this same crap in every nook and cranny about how afraid the pubbies are of winning the court case.
Bullship.
Follow the money. Are they are invested monetarily in Obamacare?
“I fear they will screw up the victory.”
Count on it. The GOP Establishment loves the status quo. They enjoy all of the perks and privileges of power without having any of the responsibility, accountability and responsibility.
They truly are worse than ANY of the Socialists that make up the RAT Party. Liars, Frauds and Cowards, all.
Why can’t the GOP get over the fact that the Gimmedat Crowd will never vote for them anyway?
It is only a headache because they don’t want it to go away. There are two many secure votes in maintaining obamacare. With obamacare or any other version of socialized medicine, health care is the only subject a politician need run on and it always favors the incumbent who runs on tweaking it for this constituency and that.

Many Americans get subsidies from the government. The 49.5 million on Medicare get, on average, three times in benefits than they contributed to the system. 40% of all Medicare expenditures come from the General Fund.
You left out Medicaid/CHIP, which has 71 million on the rolls.
Under Obamacare 16.4 million uninsured gained coverage under the ACA since 2010. There were 10.8 million Medicaid and CHIP enrollments since October 2013. The Obama administration said Tuesday that 11.7 million Americans now have private health insurance through federal and state marketplaces, with 86 percent of them receiving financial assistance from the federal government to help pay premiums.
The media will declare a ruling that ends the subsidies as a crisis. The Republican’s have a huge opportunity to present a workable solution to the manmade health care finance disaster. Will cowardly leadership blow it through fear of being blamed for a few socialists losing their free stuff? Of course they will.
You can bet the media has already started planning a deluge of sob stories, claims that people got cancer because of it, hospitals closing, etc., and how to use this to promote Democrats. Smarter republicans would get ahead of the curve and pretend to be competent and principled.
The article was about Obamacare not the more general issues you raise
I highly doubt the SCOTUS will rule against Obamacare. Roberts is too sensitive to pressure and will — once again — obediently follow Obama’s direction to re-write the text.
Remove the mandate and the healthy people tend to leave and the sick people remain. So in other words the Republican plan is to leave Obamacare in place but make sure it costs even more than it would have originally. The leadership in DC is positively dazzling. </sarcasm>
The House voted to defund Obamacare prior to the election because they knew it would never pass the Senate. Now that the GOP has both houses? Crickets.
If Congress is doing its job, they have already drafted and have ready to file, legislation to remove Obamacare and install a program much like the past (which was the best in history) with modifications to take care of the several problems the old one had like cost, transferability and catastrophic cases - all doable. If they don’t - vote them out asap!!!
These figures do not include those under 26 who can be enrolled under their parents' insurance.
Not a headache. Virtually all of Obamacare needs to be repealed. The Rats own it because they passed it over the objections of a majority of the citizens of this country with the use of parliamentary tricks and plenty of legislative bribes. They should be reminding the public of those facts every DAY. The MESS . . . all of it . . . was created by the Democrats, not Republicans.
The Republicans had better re-position themselves as really being “for the people” instead of being part of the conspiracy with the leftist Rats AGAINST THE PEOPLE. Otherwise, when the people get a belly full of our tyrannical government, they will not be able to claim they are the good guys when the people rise up.
Throw out the provisions of Obamacare that mandate a one size fits all health insurance plan and create a national risk pool for those with preexisting conditions. Two things driving up costs are that insurance companies can only sell an expensive government insurance plan and the cost of now insuring those with expensive preexisting conditions. Also end the fan on selling health insurance across state line. This is a no brainier. Imagine the cost of auto insurance if the government mandated that all auto policies must include coverage for boats, motorcycles and RVs even though you didn’t own anything more than a car. Costs would also skyrocket if auto insurance companies were forced to insure the very worst drivers who at present they can reject.
This shows that some people will believe any propaganda garbage that lib “journalists” churn out to divide Republicans.
TPP is unpopular and they have no problems shilling for that.
Yep. It'll be called single payer. That has been the goal this entire time, but they knew full well they wouldn't get single payer passed without an interim plan designed to fail and to bring about single payer. If SCOTUS rules against the law, there's no way possible that insurance companies will be able to go back to where they were previously overnight. This is going to create utter havoc, due to those that WILL lose their coverage with the stroke of SCOTUS' pen. This has been orchestrated.
