“The vast majority of people will just go on and get their insurance somewhere else.”
true the ones that lost their coverage then had to get worse coverage. Problem tho the incos have to file with state ID for plan details. this usually take a while. also the subsidies are paid to the inscos so will they be dropping the subsidized members.
So what’s next if/when both homosexual marriage and obamacare are decided against the Constitution? It seems likely. Oncwe bought can Roberts render himself UNbought?
The original obamacare decision was regarded as in the bag for the Constitution then Roberts got some news that alarmed him and flipped. I am sure that information that changed his mind will keep it changed. Are we counting on Ginsberg to go our way?
People i speak to about this subject only see Obama’s achievement being struck down. The capricious way it’s been implemented, the changes he’s made on his own, they don’t understand the consequences. The man has spent over 6 years doing whatever he wants handing down decree’s like a 12th century king. Whats amazing is how little effect 2 big election losses have had on him and manner of going about being president. He feels there are no boundaries, no limits on his power. Of course were it a Republican president he would be screaming about the injustice of it all.

I am not convinced Roberts will flip this time. Congress (wisely, I think) has singled that they will act to prevent a disaster - even with a short term extension if required. That was not the case last time. There was no way congress was going to do anything, and that alarmed Roberts. I believe the coalition will hold this time - we shall see.
It wouldn’t be a “flip” this time, but rather the new consistency.
“Its unclear how the court will rule” Um, so long as the regime holds the pirate Roberts’ blackmail file, it is quite clear how the court will rule. This is pure kabuki theater.
thanks
This is how I read it as well, that someone tipped off the WH the ruling is against them, so far. Unfortunately, the ruling changed at the last minute before due to lobbying, apparently, setting a very bad precedent.
puke and punk
