[snip] Africa will mostly continue to suck... Nigeria will have annihilated its internal rebellions, increased its oil production, and occupied various neighboring countries, mostly to the north, under the guise of helping restore order for the local gov’ts. Algeria and Libya will finally have pissed off everyone else on the continent and have ceased to exist... Morocco will round up the Polisario terrorists and their answer to the Palestinians ‘nationality’, and annex the area they formerly controlled anyway. The ‘refugees’ will be resettled in the former territory of Algeria, part of which will be administered under Moroccan military occupation. Morocco will also have developed warm relations and economic ties with Israel. [/snip]
