If this is so normal, why have I never read any historical accounts of any man whipping out his hatchet or pocket knife and chopping off his pecker?

Some would take the position that calling them women, using female pronouns etc, is just a matter of courtesy not biology.

But it's clear there is a larger program than just establishing new rules of politeness for dealing with outliers.

There is the whole elementary school indoctrination thing, etc.
