The radical, unrepentant Left loves him. What should that tell us?

Latin America future on Pope Francis’s dreams: A Latin-America where Jesus embrace Carlos Marx

“Those who ignore history are damned to repeat it” George Santayana

In 1998 Pope Bergoglio wrote “that the political and social system closest to the social doctrine of the catholic church was a socialism like the Cuban whenever the idea of God was added to him.”

There is nothing enigmatic on Bergoglio's behavior. Pope Francis admiration for Che Guevara and the Cuban Stalinist regime leaves no doubt on his radical leftist leanings.

The Jesuits and the Maryknoll order were the main promoters of the Marxist liberation theology in Latin America.

“The national planning of the Society of Jesus in the United States should, following the example of China, become an international planning. Towards the convergence of problems in all areas of the world around a single theme: the construction in different times and forms of a world Communist society.” (Strategic document of a group of Dutch Jesuits - in collaboration with other Jesuit revolutionaries—published for internal debate in the official journal of the society of Jesus in the United States, National Jesuit News, April 1972.)

Jesuit Pope Francis irrupted to head the Church as an elephant in a crystal shop. First he opened the Vatican to the followers of the proscribed Marxist liberation theology, then, he concocted a Faustian pact against the enslaved Cuban people by which Obama embraced and supported the Cuban Stalinist regime. Before visiting the Holy Land he proudly said that he was going to be the Che Guevara for the Palestinian people. Now Francis is trying to give a moral veneer to the hoax of global warming while keeping silent while it is going a Christian holocaust.

I wonder if the liberation Pope is mentally and intellectually fit to steer the Church in such rough water – the Barque of Peter guided by Francis seems to follow the fate of the Titanic. While Christians are persecuted and slaughtered around the world by Muslims, Francis became the prophet Jeremiah of the hoax of the global warming while he has allowed the evils of Marxism to take over the Church.

The Magisterium of the Church has condemned unequivocally Socialism as intrinsically . Catholic faith is incompatible with Marxism.

…for the first time in the history of the Church, placed before us the drama of a “Pope emeritus” self-imprisoned in the Vatican and of a “bishop dressed in white” which was acclaimed by all the eternal enemies of the Catholic Faith, who has brought the Church into a submission with the worldly ideologies of the 70’s (having even re-exhumed the theology of liberation and its founder Gutierrez, which now pontificates from the Vatican). (The Bergoglio Effect in Ireland: “The Mass has ended” Antonio Socci http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-religion/3295006/posts

Holding firm to Catholic doctrine and practice seems, according Pope Francis, like an act of disloyalty to the pope, yet to acquiesce to his repudiation of the Magisterium is to betray the Church.

Bergoglio has continued to follow his old principle: “Hagamos lío”—“create confusion—and trusts that the processes that he puts into motion will spur positive changes. “He himself doesn’t know where they will lead; he trusts the Holy Ghost,” suspects Vatican spokesperson Federico Lombardi. For Francis, he claims, what counts is a “church in movement.” …
By contrast, the Bible says that “God is not the author of confusion, but of peace” (1 Cor 14:33) and God doesn’t change (Malachi 3:6), and “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8).

BTW, FWICS, “hagamos lío” also translates to “make a mess”.

He’s a silly, shallow, vain, stupid old man. His own diocese was and is a shambles. He is trendy and a camera-hog.

He was elected by the people who made life hell for Benedict. My gut tells me he isn’t quite as bad as the people who elected him, because he’s stupider than they are, but he is letting them run amok.

I’m a devout catholic and I’m starting to think the Pope is a clueless nut job. My only option is to keep storming Heaven and hope that true defenders of the faith stand strong and triumph. Sacred Heart of Jesus we place our trust in you.
