Two Baltimore residents stated that they believed the police in the city are not doing their jobs in interviews broadcast on Tuesday’s “The Lead” on CNN.
Resident Malacka Reed El said, “I don’t think the police are doing their jobs, but I do not think that it’s all of the police. We do have some police officers that are doing their jobs.”

Have always been astonished at the attitude of way too many of our black citizens.
They blame the cops for the high crime rates, then blame them for anything they might try to do to bring down that high crime rate.
Blame the cops for not catching the killers of black people, but launch a campaign for “No Snitching.”
How exactly do they think cops catch killers?
Obama wanted the police to show their ‘softer side’.
Baltimore is and has been a shxt hole for years and is a perfect example of what happens when you have a liberal government run anything.
I hope the whole place burns to the ground and takes the scum that run it and the scum that are in it with them because if it doesn’t then they’ll move to another location and destroy that. It’s a disease.

I suspect the Police are following the lawful instructions of their political leadership. If the Mayor wants the city policed a certain way, she can give those instructions and they will be carried out. If the Justice Department wants to step in and the political leadership accepts their “recommendations”, the police will carry out those instructions as well.
If those instructions lead to mayhem, it is not the fault of the Police.
Yes, but complaints of police brutality are down...what’s the problem?
It is the Mexicans and a few whites that build the place, very few black have any job skills. Those that do get a job as electrician work by choice with other blacks in a slow motion parody of work with an aggrieved expression on their faces. That attitude shows in the run down infrastructure in the city. Roads are hell, with flagged off sections for repair everywhere, but nobody actually working at all the construction sites, and the quality of the repairs as bad as the pot holes.
We went to the inner harbor area for Memorial day, a touristy area of the city and noticed a lot of races including Muslims. But few whites. My guess is white flight is in full swing.
Another historical beautiful city on the decline, as Americans loose control of the country to progressives.
It’s very strange for me to be quoting Islam but I believe they say when God curses you, he makes your wishes your come true.

I’d like to see gun sales figures for the suburbs around Baltimore in the last few months. I bet they’re sky high.
It must be almost 20 years ago when I went to a Burger King in Baltimore.....The employees were behind bullet proof glass and I got my sandwich out of a draw like a bank drive-thru! Knew it was a sh**hole then! Sounds like its worse now!

We’re getting to the daily execution stage and it is their own local authorities in the hood doing the executing, so what’s the problem? The police might be along to fill out some paperwork later. They have stood down.

I now think “Soft POlicing” is a better plan than quitting and moving on. Now they get stay there and wa tch the whole thing go on down the sewer. And the city will still be on the hook for their retirement. Justice served.
