Actually, technology did solve high gasoline prices. It was just that it was drilling technology that did it, not electric vehicle technology. That is the reason central planning doesn't work. It will never be able to predict where technological advances will be coming from next.
Of course he is, since he has completed paying off his cronies. Now leave the taxpayers footin the bill. Again.
