Faced with the choice between a potential death penalty and freedom, some Texas members of the Bandidos biker club charged in last weekends deadly shootout can be expected to start talking with investigators, police say.
And that could shed fresh light on the role top American bikers may have played in the slaughter of eight Toronto-area bikers in 2006. A lot of these guys are going to roll (co-operate with police), said Steve Cook, a Kansas City, Mo.-area police detective with the Midwest Outlaw Motorcycle Investigators Assn., who has worked undercover against a gang affiliated to the Bandidos. The Texas Bandidos were involved in a shootout with the rival Cossacks club shortly after noon on Sunday in a suburban mall in Waco, Texas that left nine men dead, 18 injured and 170 arrested. The arrested bikers are being held on $1-million bond.
Somewhere in that group of jailed bikers are men who know more about the role top American Bandidos played in the systematic murders of the eight Toronto-area Bandidos in 2006 in a southwestern Ontario barn owned by Bandido Wayne (Weiner) Kellestine, Cook said.
I would think if they have any knowledge of Ontario, that would be the trump card to play, Cook said. Id be playing that trump card immediately.
Cook said he has long believed that some Americans Bandidos officers should have been charged for the 2006 murders.
Six Canadians connected to the Bandidos were convicted of first degree murder for the systematic executions.
I cant imagine Kellestine and those guys just making a decision on how theyre going to wipe out an entire chapter on their own, and not worry about the repercussions from America, Cook said.
I dont think Kellestine is that sort of free and independent thinker that hed come up with that idea all by himself.
Cook noted that one of the convicted Canadian killers, Michael (Taz) Sandham of Winnipeg, rode down to Texas to meet with the top level of the Bandidos weeks before the Shedden killing.
Sandham and Kellestine met with Peter (Mongo) Price, the national sergeant at arms at Peace Arch Park, which straddles B.C. and Washington State, weeks before the murders.
Cook dismissed the suggestion that Price was more than a messenger. Hes not a significant enough player to be anything more than a delivery man, Cook said.
Several of the men convicted in the Shedden killings were connected to the former Winnipeg probationary chapter of the Bandidos. Cook also said that the Winnipeg chapter had been relatively unassuming before the meetings with the top American Bandidos.
They were always relatively quiet, Cook said.
The Bandidos have roughly 2,400 members worldwide, with their headquarters, or Mother Chapter, in Texas.
Cook said that he believes that top Bandidos in Australia and Europe were upset with the Texas Mother chapter because they believed it played a role in the Shedden slaughter.
Cook said that he believes members of the Cossacks club involved in Sundays shooting were emboldened by recent meetings with the Hells Angels in nearby states.
He said he has a hard time believing reports that members of the Cossacks and Bandidos have orders to shoot police officers on sight in Texas.
I just dont see them being that stupid, Cook said. That would be a guaranteed extinction of the organization.
Just good fun loving MC riders out to have dinner and a good time. (S)
Ahoy Mateys, the truth comes trickling out.
Shoot a few, lock up the rest & charge them with everything to get someone to blab.
Just another business as usual day with CEO’s (Coercion Enforcement Officers
Ship those biker gangs to Iraq and Syria and turn them loose on ISIS.
Yep. They just got back from the Toys-for-Tots ride. Loyal and patriotic. The Honor Code, you know. It still means something to some people. Do I need to put the (S)?
“Shoot a few, lock up the rest & charge them with everything to get someone to blab.”
If the outlaws had kept their drunken fights away from family areas in the city, the cops would have probably left them alone. Plenty of open space in Texas to go do your thing.
Why do the LEOs believe the TX clan will have info on the Ontario episode?
I’m not familiar with Chapters sharing meeting minutes....
Because breastaurants are always full of families on Sundays, bikers should avoid them?
“Hey hon, now that church is over, how about we take the kiddies to that new boobie diner?”
Then again, maybe it’s a Waco thing.

Next door is a family restaurant. In the strip mall are other family oriented businesses. The good citizens of Waco have a right to not be subjected to gang wars in their city.

From the article:
Cook noted that one of the convicted Canadian killers, Michael (Taz) Sandham of Winnipeg, rode down to Texas to meet with the top level of the Bandidos weeks before the Shedden killing.
It seems like the LEOs' working theory is that the murders were ordered by Bandidos leadership, who are located in Texas.
Women and the Outlaw Biker
Outlaw motorcycle gangs are male dominated and highly chauvinistic. Women are treated as playthings and property. Women are generally victimized by forcing them into prostitution or street level drug traffickers, and quite often physically and sexually abused. In the outlaw biker’s society women are bought, sold, traded or given away within the club.
Selling drugs in the mid 1960’s teaches the outlaw biker the basics of supply and demand. When they learn men pay to rent the empty space between a woman’s leg, they put their women to work. In the violent, profit-oriented society inhabited by the outlaw biker, that’s all a woman is - a hole, a piece of property to rent or trade.
Women take up with outlaw bikers for different reasons: some are hungry, some need a warm place to stay, and others feel safe in a crowd. While outlaw bikers abduct and rape many women, most attach themselves voluntarily to the club and everything it stands for - drugs, alcohol, parties, fast bikes and cars, cheap thrills and sex. Horny women want endless sex every way it comes, the club becomes their outlet. Rebellious teenagers who strike back at their parents numb their minds with drugs and screw their brains out on the clubhouse floor. Bored business women take a walk on the wild side with macho men who lead dangerous, exiting lives. Women without education become somebody when they attach themselves to respected and feared outlaw bikers. Shiftless girls like the freedom from responsibility. The unloved and homeless confuse sex with affection and cherish the arms that hold them.
A woman’s main value to an outlaw biker, aside from sexual
gratification is daily income. She must give all her money to her old man. Bikers put their women to work in massage parlors, topless bars, cocktail lounges and strip clubs. Most are covers for prostitution. Prostitution is the bikers’ most lucrative source of income after drugs.
Another area where the women are used effectively is intelligence gathering. They will go into the community and take jobs at city, county and state offices where they have access to blank birth certificates, drivers licenses and other useful documentations. Other areas of employment the women will seek is that of police records clerk, telephone operators, employees in welfare offices and position within prison institutions. They will even sleep with cops to compromise them or gather intelligence. Women of motorcycle gangs mainly fall into three categories:
Mama or Sheep
A mama is the sexual equivalent of a public well. Anyone can dip into her, at any time, as often as he wants. These are woman who belong to the club at large. They belong to every member and are expected to consent to the sexual desires of anyone at anytime. They perform menial task around the clubhouse, however do not attend club meetings. Some clubs permit these women to wear .. colors” with the inscription “Property of (club name)”, embroidered on the back.
Old Lady
These are the wives or steady girlfriends of club members. An old lady is the property of one biker and can’t be used or abused by other club members. An old lady is not a club member and like sheep are not permitted to attend club meetings. They also will in some clubs wear “Property of” colors; however, with the name of the biker she belongs to on the bottom rocker.
Broad
A female who’s sole use is being used as a sexual object. This would be similar to the way most men view one night stands. A common method of bikers is to pick up a female hitchhiker, gang rapes her and then toss her aside.
Women are always helping the outlaw biker to get ahead. An example - several Hell’s Angels have their old ladies turn tricks in topless bars in North and South Carolina. The bars are near military bases and the old ladies get all the weapons the club needs. The Cleveland Chapter got three light antitank weapons (LAW) rockets through their old ladies. Other chapters have gotten .45 caliber pistols and hand grenades from their women
Thanks!

After they ban bikers, who’s next? How about blacks or hispanics?
It’s ok, after all...Texas is so big, they can all go to the wide open spaces to do their mayhem, right?
Me:The good citizens of Waco have a right to not be subjected to gang wars in their city.
You: After they ban bikers, whos next? How about blacks or hispanics?
If blacks or Hispanics are involved in gang wars, I hope the police will lock them up also.
First they came for the murderers.
And then they came for the rapists.
And then they came for the drug dealers.
And then they came for the pedophiles.
And then they came for the gangsters.
And then everyone lived happily ever after.
Outlaws, eh?
If they’re ALL outlaws, how come only two of the dead had criminal records?
Thanks for the Wiki info.
Your source is so full of BS!
