A good question. I honestly don’t know.

I don’t want Bush. I don’t want Rand. I like Perry but his last attempt may have hurt his chances beyond repair (despite what his detractors say, he’s solid on border and immigration issues). Cruz is good on ideas, but I’m not confident that he can win (he’s in the Senate and could build something good there).

I like the idea of someone who has governed, it gives me more confidence in what they’ll be able and willing to do; there is much to be said for how vital and necessary that skill is. How these candidates campaign will tell me a lot more about them. I need to see what shakes as this process gets going.

I will vote for the nominee.

I'm in agreement about Jeb. The good news about him is he isn't a good candidate, even though he may be the choice of the GOP honchos. He has no constituency, his views are overwhelmingly liberal (not even a RINO moderate), he insults the base a lot, he's not telegenic, isn't a very good speaker, and his last name has been destroyed for at least a generation. He's already falling in the polls, I think he's not going to be around very long into the primaries.

Rand has a constituency, but it is small, I don't care for him, but he will have to be dealt in by whoever wins the nomination.

I prefer Cruz because he has a combination of qualities I think we need: He is the most Reagan like of all the candidates, he reflexively believes in the strength of the conservative ideal. He has a vision for America as Reagan did, and the capacity to express it well and bring people to his position. He is the best candidate in his ability to deal with the MSM, he can take any interview any time and overcome the bias of the interviewer, he's a GREAT debator and communicator, I've seen it over and over again. We need that combination of innate skills and his leadership abilities.

Him being a senator is not as much an issue with me, but I understand what you are saying, a lot of people feel that way. I don't believe we have a disaster because the bamster was a senator, rather bercause at his core he's anti-American and fully Zinnified.

Cruz' campaign has started well, but he will have to distinguish himself from the flood. If he does that, you can be assured he has the leadership skills needed to win the whole enchilada (a little espanol for ya).......

Let me add how impressed I was with Walker's speech.

I feared that he had a weakness in expressing himself, and defining a conservative vision. I see now he can do that well. I still prefer Cruz, but feel very confident with Walker if Ted cannot rise up and gain the standing he needs with the GOP base in order to take the nomination.

I think one of the two of them will win, but Rubio is gifted enough to hurt both of them. I find Rubio to be untrustworthy, far worse on the immigration position than Perry or Walker ever were.

It will be up to the candidates and how they bring their message to the public.

I’m ready to get the show on the road.

Scott Walker clearly will be one of the frontrunners. I’m interested in seeing him do more televised events with NO or LITTLE media filters - that’s what all GOP candidates need to do.

Oh, and NO leftist debate moderators, seriously, can we stop that?
