Don’t tell me, lemme guess, this ballot initiative is a scam, put out there to evoke an “honest national dialog” about LGBTQWTF rights. Yeah, Yeah, THAT’S the ticket.

It really is not “obviously” unconstitutional.

It has not been ruled upon - posed a different issue.

There was a study during the ‘90s. True hermaphrodites were about 1 in 69,000 people and tended to choose one way or the other. As a group, they’re generally not interested in the politics of sex.

In early America, states did have such laws.

I’d love to be a freemason. Freemasonry opens doors. Perhaps someone could put in a good word for me. I nearly got in at Hendon.

So she believes a law saying we can kill people for sex might be unconstitutional.

California can sure pick the smart ones.

This ballot initiative is just another "gay" hoax crime.

Do you know how you can know this? Who knows ANYTHING about the person or organization who organized this initiative?

If it were a conservative, even his poop would be captured to scrutinized in the most minute detail for dirt to use against him and trumpeted from the top of the headlines, Sarah Palin-style.

Actually, it sounds like it is an ISIS promotion within the third-world state of Mexifornia. The Mexifornia Kourts already embrace shari’a law.
