"Just two months ago, President Obama held up the Baltimore police force as a model of unbiased community policing. Now he's investigating it for civil-rights violations. What's changed?
In a March White House report on police reforms, Obama and his Task Force on 21st Century Policing praised Baltimore's force and its black chief for "implementing national best practices for policies and training," including "use of force" reforms. His task force even quoted Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts, who said he changed "outdated procedures" that "put officers at odds with the community."
Yet now the Obama Justice Department is investigating the Baltimore police for a "pattern or practice of discriminating" against the black community in "arrests, traffic stops and other operations."
And if I were a Baltimore Cop- I would let them keep paying me, but I’d be pretty cautious about responding to potential lootings or riot situations involving Baltimore youth.
If I could I would resign immediately. If not, I would only respond to calls from the dispatcher/fellow officers or being flagged down. Just drive around my assigned area and ignore any special attention that I might have previously paid to hign-crime areas. Those areas would be too risky for a possible use of force (hands on, mace, tazer, etc.) when the mayor has thrown the dept under the bus.
It’s obvious the solution is to hire more white officers so that the racial makeup of the force reflects America.

BY doing so she has openly admitted she cannot do her job.
However, this isn’t about the police department....this is about Obama and the Mayors, (and others) maintaining a focus on black issues in general...so that the revenues will flow...and laws will be changed according to their agenda.
Baltimore was “chosen” as their template.
The DemonRATs are working to federalize the Baltimore police force. This will move towards federalizing all police in America. This is part of the Communist plan for America.
Baltimore, Phila, Detroit, and others are fast becoming crap holes.

I moved to Maryland 5 years ago for a job in Baltimore, albeit in a nice gentrified district just off the freeway. I just accepted a new position with the company that will have me working from my home and rarely having to travel into the city.
Good luck tolerating the daily LIB idiocy. Good luck paying high taxes so the ferals stay happy.
