I’m still waiting to hear any negatives about her. She outsourced jobs at HP but that’s all I know. I heard she’s a lib on social issues but I don’t know what.

paddy wagon -—

very confusing/conflicting info about how many prisoners were where in the paddy wagon..

Most accounts said only TWO prisoners and they were in separate compartments and unable to see one another.

This account is first I’ve heard of 2 prisoners being in the same compartment. If true, your theory isn’t so crazy.

I heard a credible interview during which the interviewee said that there were THREE prisoners carried in the paddy wagon that day. Don’t think I saved the DVR. I thought he must have mis-spoke because I haven’t seen that confirmed anywhere else.

I find it surprising that although I have seen several photos & diagrams of the paddy wagon, I have seen ZERO photos/diagrams about the offending BOLT. Reports say it was on the back door, but I have not seen a single description about its exact location on the back door.

I also read that somewhere. There was another stop to p/u another prisoner, so there were likely three. booking records ought to show that.

If a reporter-worth-a-crap had full access, and spent the time going thru police and court records, I’d bet there was a snitch/ CI connection between Gray and Allen.

This CNN film shows the configuration of the police wagons: both 1 and 2 sections.

BTW Clint:

Has Mrs S had any time/inclination to consider the Balt police case?

Particularly, I would be interested in her opinion on this article & the points made by Andy McCarthy:

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2015/05/baltimore_prosecutor_mosby_shockingly_incompetent.html
(Excellent Andy McCarthy quoted at length in above article)

Moreover, even given those points, I wonder what Mrs S thinks this case will boil down to; i.e., what is the salient issue in her mind that the prosecutor has to prove to convict any one of the cops? Will the case get as far as to what and who caused Freddie Gray’s death?

I gather Mrs S has been quite busy of late and may have her hands so full with her own legal business as to not want to burden herself with opinions on the complicated Balt case.

But ping me if you post a legal observation she has. Even though criminal law isn’t Mrs S’s specialty, how a case is best steered in general is so often different from the facts at hand that “should” steer a case in the eyes of a layman. It takes a lawyer with real legal experience to know on what basis a case, if it gets to court, should and is likely to be driven.

Also btw and in that respect, belated congrats to you both on your anniversary. Hope you had an opportunity to celebrate-—nevertheless, a milestone to treasure in spirit as one!

But don’t you find it curious that NO reports describe/diagram the exact location of the offending BOLT -— a bolt that is alleged to correspond with his injuries AND, which injury apparently also caused the breaking of his neck?

I find it more than curious. Going back to my wacko theory of the other prisoner, I think Allen used “something” on Gray’s head first, then stomped his back/neck. There are no protruding bolts inside a vehicle like that.

Look inside an ambulance, or anything which transports humans; too much liability. The exception might be military, but since I have no background in it nor have even been inside a military plane/vehicle/ship, I can’t comment on that. But I’d bet there isn’t.
