The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) isn't just about hard hats and safer machinery anymore. The federal government agency charged with regulating workplace conditions has formed an "alliance" with a "national social justice advocacy organization for transgender people" primarily to promote gender-appropriate restroom access. The agreement, signed on April 27, is part of a larger OSHA program to partner with groups "committed to worker safety and health to prevent workplace fatalities, injuries, and illnesses."

You Freepers should not criticize the government ... OSHA is looking after your safety by trying to prevent this from happening if a tranny should accidentally use a mislabeled loo!

We’re still going to have restroom issues.

All the perverts are going to do is just use theirs for sex. Trannys and dykes and whatthehells are still going to encroach into normal peoples’ bathrooms.

Before I retired, we had a female engineer who was very masculine. She opted for using both sex`s rest rooms.

I confronted her on the transgression and she indicated, as a transgender, she was entitled to use both.

I said, "Pick one and use that one, like everyone else does."

Rule # 1 — if a man doesn’t wear a dress, pantyhose and high heels, he won’t get injured using the restroom so OSHA has nothing to worry about

“reported that they were denied access to gender-appropriate restrooms on the job.”

I’m not sure we all agree on what ‘appropriate’ means.

If I had an “it” employee that demanded “gender appropriate” restroom access, I would cheerfully comply. Then, at least 6-8 weeks later, I would regretfully terminate the demanding, mentally ill freak because of the reduced need for people with that person’s professional qualifications. I have nothing against the mentally ill, but I have no tolerance for those who are mentally ill who also order others to play make-believe along with them.
