I don’t get it. Across the river, at the Pentagon...if you were caught in a case like this....they yank your clearance first. Then the IT guys add up what you did, the HR guys figure what you owe for wasting time, and they terminate you. It wouldn’t have taken more than four weeks for all the paperwork to clear and there’s no fixing this.
We’ll need the turpentine to clean off the tar when we’re done with ‘em. Tarring a carpetbagger is a messy business... you always get some on you.
There are really only two choices for a government worker that works for an agency, department or subsection that has a mission inconsistent with the constitution and individual rights: covert frustration of the mission via ineffiency or sabotage and/or accumulating evidence to publically undermine the mission- whistleblower.
During WW2 the slave laborers working for the Nazis often loosen screws on airplane parts, shaved down gears in motors. This is the type of thing that ethical people do when working for an unethical organization.
Now is a time for choosing.

The EPA is the polar opposite of the Pentagon. The EPA does everything it can to destroy America. The mission of the Pentagon (at least before Obama) was to preserve and protect America.
Yep. I prefer it when bureaucrats are away from work. We are much better off when they are goofing off. I always feel a bit of relief when the biggest of the all goes off to the Vineyard for a couple of weeks.
