What is SO EFFING unnerving is that both houses of Congress let this fraud muslim POS in the WH keep on with his destruction of this country. Once the fraud federalizes the law enforcement across this country, the US will be just like pre WW2 Germany.

Yep. Motor-voter, instituted in California in the late 90’s, destroyed that beautiful state..........illegal voting is to assure the Dems are in control in perpetuity.

In Wisconsin we have a tiny dot — size of a ball point pen lead — that is sandwiched within a solid paragraph of fine print. The registrant is supposed to color in the dot and that is the equivalent of swearing an oath that he is a citizen. I can tell you that the people doing the registration, who usually don’t have very much experience — doing it perhaps once a year for a half hour — OFTEN miss checking that dot. Then they just fill it in later after the registrant has already left the building. (In Wisconsin people can register at the polls.)

That’s it. They are then registered for as long as they live in Wisconsin. Nobody ever asks to see a birth certificate, or any other proof. Nor do they want to see such proof. They don’t ask to see proof of naturalization either. I’ve complained and complained. I had no idea that the Feds were driving this.

One time (when I was poll watching) I overheard an unnerving exchange between a voter and an election worker. He was elderly; and he approached the registrar and said that he was not a citizen, but that he’d lived here 25 years and he wanted to know if he could vote. The ladies at the registration table thought that there was no reason why he should be prevented. It took the Chief Inspector to call a halt to it. The gentleman said he understood, and he left without further incident.

But, those election workers saw no reason to prevent a non-citizen from voting! That is when I decided to become an election WORKER instead of a poll watcher.

The fix is in and Americans just don’t care. America is finished because the communists Democrats have destroyed the voting system. Never come back.

One of the qualifications of voting is to be an American citizen.

This is against the law if this is really a truthful article about Obama’s lies.

This is another 17th Amendment-related issue.

More specifically, since the Senate must approve of federal voting laws, corrupt, citizen-elected senators have once again kicked their respective states in the teeth by not allowing them to verify citizenship before allowing them to vote.

In fact, consider that the Supreme Court had clarified in Minor v. Happersett that citizenship doesn’t automatically confer the right to vote.

“3. The right of suffrage was not necessarily one of the privileges or immunities of citizenship [emphasis added] before the adoption of the Fourteenth Amendment, and that amendment does not add to these privileges and immunities. It simply furnishes additional guaranty for the protection of such as the citizen already had.” —Minor v. Happersett, 1874.

Note that Thomas Jefferson had warned about problems with the Constitution-ignoring Senate and Oval Office.

"In every event, I would rather construe so narrowly as to oblige the nation to amend, and thus declare what powers they would agree to yield, than too broadly, and indeed, so broadly as to enable the executive and the Senate to do things which the Constitution forbids." --Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.

The 17th Amendment needs to disappear, along with a bunch of corrupt, Constitution-ignoring senators.

> “From personal experience as an immigrant, I had a driver’s license, a Social Security number, and lived in this country for several years before I became a citizen. I had plenty of opportunities to fill out the federal voter registration form. I never did, of course — but what if I didn’t know any better?”

> “Or what if I thought the form was being offered to me because I was allowed to register?”

What is you were led by a Community Organizer, aka Community Service Officer, aka Social Navigator etc. and you were told exactly how to fill out the form and where to sign and who to give the form to?

And what is come election day you found out you had voted by absentee ballot yet you never filled out a ballot and sent it in?

What if you found out you had voted in several states without ever having gone out to vote?

Or what if someone told you to be ready for a bus to pick you up and take you to the voting booths of several precincts?

Do the Feds have any say on registration and voting for state and local elections?
