What did the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel know, and when did it know it? The question relates to the Journal-Sentinel reporters’ knowledge of a pre-dawn paramilitary-style raid of the home of Cindy Archer, a fomer aide to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and one of the architects of Wisconsin’s Act 10, which reformed that State’s public sector unions.

The raid of Archer’s home occurred in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 14, 2011. At the time of the raid, Archer saw an individual that she believed to be a reporter, standing in her lawn. But the question became: How would a reporter even know that Archer’s home was being raided? Someone had to tip the Journal-Sentinel off. But under Wisconsin law, disclosure of a search warrant’s issuance, prior to its execution, is a Class I felony and could also violate the judge’s secrecy order of the John Doe investigation itself.

A Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter was tipped off there would be a raid at Ann Archer's house as part of the Walker John Doe investigation. Someone is in deep kimchi for letting Patrick Marley know about the raid. Marley told another Journal Sentinel worker, Stein, that the raid would occur and they were on the lawn of Ann Archer's house.

Archer was one of the drafters of Act 10, the union legislation advanced by Scott Walker.

This is gonna get interesting.

The MJS is in this up to their leftie eyeballs.

But like the Clintons selling their government position for hundreds of millions of dollars, no one is going to do anything about it.

I have still not heard of any lawsuits against Chisholm or the judge Kluka. Am I missing something?

Hey, I love Kimchi..very pungent cabbage but enjoyable!

Hotels in the Los Angeles airport area used to post signs for the Korean airline crews,

“No Kimchi In Rooms, Please.”

There is a very good reason for the sign.

I will be extremely suprised if anything is done about this. USA is corrupted far beyond such obvious justice and proper governance. USG does whatever it wants. The majority of USAians are fast asleep and/or entertaining themselves, deeply and frequently.

Part 177 of 197 in the series Wisconsin's Secret War: $775,000 and rising — Wisconsin taxpayers’ bill to defend John Doe prosecutors

March 4, 2015 - "MADISON, Wis. — Taxpayers conservatively have spent north of $775,000 defending the prosecutors of a politically charged John Doe investigation driven on a legal theory that even the prosecutors have rejected.

The state, as of Monday, had paid $368,654.60 for the legal defense of Francis Schmitz, the special prosecutor for the multi-county John Doe probe into dozens of conservative organizations and Gov. Scott Walker’s campaign, according to information obtained by Wisconsin Reporter through an open records request.

Taxpayers are on the hook for another $407,643.58 in attorney fees to defend Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm, the Democrat who launched the probe in late summer 2012, two of his assistant DAs and a special investigator contracted by the state Government Accountability Board.

“That’s an awful lot of taxpayer dollars to advance a legal theory that the state itself has already repudiated,” said Andrew M. Grossman, an attorney for political activist Eric O’Keefe and his Wisconsin Club for Growth, one of 29 conservative groups targeted in the campaign finance probe.

The expenditures were released by Walker’s legal counsel, who, under state law, is in charge of handling the legal bills of the same people who for the past few years have gone after Walker’s campaign and the Republican governor’s conservative allies. Costs reflect only money spent defending the prosecutors in federal court.........."
