Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)supports real marriage. He is opposed by gay rights activists who are more and more showing themselves to be little despots. Cruz spoke at the home of Ian Reisner who is both gay and supports homosexual marriage. The gaystapo has decreed that Mr. Reisner’s businesses must be boycotted. He dared to associate with a conservative. Consequently, Mr. Reisner, to protect his business interests in New York, has been forced to apologize for having an untouchable in his home.
The totalitarianism of the gay rights movement is on display more and more. A pizza restauranteur doesn’t want to cater a gay wedding? Burn the business now. A cake baker doesn’t want to bake a cake? Drive the family into the streets. A fire chief thinks homosexuality is a sin? Fire him.
It’s not just that the gay rights movement is unwilling to listen to counter-arguments. It’s that they ruthlessly try to destroy anyone who dissents and now anyone who agrees with their agenda, but who dares to allow dissenters into their homes on unrelated business.
This is totalitarianism. It is Islamic radicalism minus the death cult. It is America in the 21st century.

With single parent households, the government will put in that high-speed rail, connecting corridors, bus, bike and walking trails near subsidized high-density apartments. The government wants your kids for preschool and after school.
The government will take care of your aging parents with someone imported from another country that is also dependent on the government.
It is all about the non-elected government union cartel boss, the developers that pay him and the courts that overturn every important election decision we make.
It starts with people allowing government to make provisions for children, spouses, money, retirement, etc. and not taking care of our own. Many of us believe that extermination of those who disagree with their goals is in the plan when they can train the media to justify it. Before that, though, they will impoverish those who disagree in one way or another, through government power. Christians, for example, may not be able to get jobs. If things do not change, it is coming, because new immigrants will soon be in the majority and hungry to succeed and they will not understand what they are being used for. Of course, once the old America is dead, then they will be the food for the dictator and they will understand what has happened.
No, Homosexuality is itself a Death Cult. If diseases don't kill them, they generally commit suicide.
You are, of course, correct that the Constitution does not protect gay rights, but the quoted language in your post is 100% wrong, and is in fact among the most dangerous ideas in Constitutional interpretation. The Bill of Rights is absolutely not an exhaustive enumeration of our rights.
