It is simply quite troubling that members of the journalistic media can not tell if and when someone is lying.

Brian Williams as a “news anchor” only serves to prove the respect, honor and trust we (as Conservatives) have for people in that profession are well founded.

Are they holding out for Dan Rather?

A ‘bloodbath’? What’s the problem exactly?
The alphabet channels engage in lying every hour on the hour 24/7. And they grossly distort the truth every hour on the half-hour.
Everything else in between are advertisements.
Maybe a benefit of being unemployed is that Brian can spend more time watching his daughter...on the screen.

In a sometimes angry series of comments, the journalists told NBC News President Deborah Turness in the private meeting in Washington that Williamss embellished statements about his reporting exploits had damaged NBCs credibility and that he should not be permitted to return to the anchor chair...Seems there's still some old school journalists at NBC... that's a pleasant surprise. If Turness brings Williams back the network will be a joke...

Brian Williams should announce he’s gay, or a woman.

In my opinion, I think right now Brian Williams and NBC is quietly working on a buyout provision from his contract. He will be replaced by Lester Holt, who has filled in quite well hosting NBC Nightly News.

Brian Williams is damaged goods. He belongs on a one way train to palookaville along with Dan Rather and Mary Mapes.

Maybe NBC can ask CBS, - to bring back the old game show called.........What’s my Line?
Brian Williams can be the host, the panelists cold be Barry O. from the White House, The Clintons, and Jonathan Gruber to round out the premiere marquee debut?
Michelle (First Lady) could be the first mystery guest.
I bet the ratings would beat the Dems National Convention.

Guess they figure having a proven liar on air only draws attention to other liars as well. They want to continue having cover for their continued spinning for their Democrat masters.

Hillary gets and has gotten a pass on everything crooked she does and immunity from prosecution on every law she has violated. She has committed one criminal act after the other for at least 35 years. She has been responsible for killing more people than father time. How, you may ask, did she do that? Did you ever hear of the “tainted blood” scandal when she and Bill was Governor of Arkansas? She and Bill sold the blood of Arkansas prison inmates to blood banks and some of the inmates were infected with HIV. Said blood was purchased by blood banks from both Canada and the United states. People known as "free bleeders" and others were given the contaminated blood and later developed AIDS and died. The Ray family from Arcadia, Florida was one example.

Agreed. Williams needs to just accept early retirement. There is no place for him behind the anchor desk anymore.
