No worries friend. I knew exactly what you were talking about. That proposition made news all over the country back in 1994 and I think for the first time many Americans were made publicly aware of the problem of illegal immigration. Of course a liberal judge up in San Francisco, I believe, overturned it, and the state has gone downhill since.
